Faced with the crisis experienced by Duralex, the Group Partnaire demonstrated its commitment and solidarity by supporting the training of future company employees. This initiative reflects the human values that drive our group.
In January 2024, Duralex, faced with a labor shortage, requested the agency's expertise Partnaire Orléans Industrie. Together, they have set up a qualifying training program for line drivers, in collaboration with the JF Millet organization in Châteauroux.
The Duralex company
Duralex, founded in 1944, is known for its famous glasses used in canteens. The factory is located in La Chapelle-Saint-Mesmin, in the Loiret department, and has always produced its glasses in France. Following the rise in energy costs, the manufacturer went through a difficult time and was significantly impacted. The Group therefore offered a training program to help the company in its search for employees.
Recruitment based on interpersonal skills
This program allowed non-graduates from diverse backgrounds to acquire new skills and regain confidence in the future. Beyond the technical aspects, the training emphasized essential values such as perseverance and adaptability.
Personalized and reassuring support
Thanks to the CDII (Interim Permanent Contract), six people were able to complete this training with complete peace of mind. As a result, three people completed their Industrial Installation Operator CQP (Certified Professional Qualification), and two joined Duralex permanently afterward.
A fine example of collective success
This partnership demonstrates the Group's ability Partnaire to support businesses and individuals in difficult times, and to actively contribute to the creation of sustainable jobs.
Partnaire : an actor committed to training and employment
Beyond this specific partnership, Partnaire is committed to the training and employment of its temporary workers on a daily basis. The agency offers personalized support and facilitates access to training adapted to market needs, such as technical training (CACES, electrical certifications) and qualifying training. The teams Partnaire inform and guide temporary workers, helping them to identify relevant training and mobilize available funding.
