At Partnaire, diversity and inclusion are fundamental values that guide our actions. We have been committed for many years to promoting equal opportunities and respect for human rights. This commitment is reflected in concrete actions and strong partnerships.
Our commitments and actions
Since 2009, we have been signatories to the Diversity Charter, which demonstrates our commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment. We develop partnerships with key stakeholders such as EPNAK, ARPEJEH, and Les Entreprises s'engagent to promote the integration of people who are excluded from employment. Our commitment is also reflected in specific events such as the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities (SEEPH), Duoday, and European Diversity Month.
In 2024, we carried out several significant actions. In particular, we formed 55 pairs between an employee and a person with a disability, thus promoting exchange and integration. In addition, we implemented the "TH pathway" label, allowing us to train disability advisors in a majority of our agencies. We are attentive to vulnerable groups and those far from employment, which is reflected in our involvement in HOPE programs, which facilitate access to employment for refugees. Finally, we are sensitive to the fight against illiteracy, by offering awareness-raising and training activities for temporary workers.
20 years of the disability law: Partnaire acts for the future
The year 2025 marks the 20th anniversary of the Equal Opportunities Act, promulgated on February 11, 2005. Partnaire reaffirms its commitment to bringing this law to life and contributing to a more inclusive society.
The HANDILAB: A place for exchange and innovation
As part of this anniversary, we participated in the day organized at HANDILAB, an innovation center dedicated to disability and loss of autonomy. This day was an opportunity to participate in workshops for reflection and discussion on key themes:
- School for all: current situation and solutions for tomorrow.
- Employment and disability: progress and perspectives.
- Simplifying access to rights: making life easier for citizens.
- Accessibility and daily life: living better in the territories.
Key figures on the employment of people with disabilities
These discussions provided an opportunity to highlight the current challenges related to the employment of people with disabilities. Among the key figures, we note that more than 500 people with disabilities are registered with France Travail, that 000% of job seekers recognized as disabled workers are supported by specialized advisors, but that 80% of the companies concerned still do not employ any people with disabilities.
Major initiative: “Disabled-committed employer”
To improve the connection between talent and inclusive businesses, a key initiative has been announced: the creation of a "Disabled-Engaged Employer" badge on France Travail.
Our vision: Listening and kindness
Partnaire supports an approach based on active listening and kindness to support each career path. We share the vision of Christian Ploton (Agefiph): "This law must be a living law, capable of supporting the company."
Our ongoing commitment
Partnaire is committed to continuing its efforts to build a more inclusive and egalitarian society, where everyone has their place and can flourish.
