Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be the key element in the success of your agency, cultivating a spirit of performance, cohesion and innovation.

Your heroic mission includes:
- Business development: define and implement a commercial strategy, manage negotiations in compliance with the group's guidelines, develop the agency's client portfolio, proactive placements and high value-added services
- Steering and management: steering and optimizing the agency's work organization while respecting the group's organization, managing and supporting the team's skills development, optimizing the agency's profitability (monitoring regulations);
- Recruitment: Develop the sourcing strategy and partnership with employment stakeholders, carry out job visits, conduct interviews and follow up on applications. Upon your arrival, a tailor-made integration process is put in place to offer you the best conditions for development. A training program adapted to your profile will also be offered to you.

Remuneration: Fixed base + variable - 30/40KEUR gross per year (global package) Our aim is to be able to guarantee an efficient recruitment process, in three stages, over a maximum period of one month: 1st stage: telephone interview of 30 to 45 minutes 2nd stage: interview with the direct manager of approximately 1 hour 3rd stage: interview with the General Manager for final validation.
