Business development: define and implement a commercial strategy, manage negotiations in accordance with the group's guidelines, develop the agency's client portfolio, proactive placements and high value-added services;
Steering and management: steering and optimizing the agency's work organization while respecting the group's organization, managing and supporting the team's skills development, optimizing the agency's profitability (monitoring regulations);
Recruitment: Develop the sourcing strategy and partnership with employment stakeholders, carry out job visits, conduct interviews and monitor applications.
