As part of Women's Rights Week, the Group Partnaire had the honor of welcoming Patrick Martin, President of the Mouvement des Entreprises de France (MEDEF), as well as a national delegation, to its Obeya headquarters.
This visit was an opportunity to highlight the Group's commitment Partnaire, led by Aurélie Gobinet Gmuender, Chair of the Executive Board. With a vision focused on inclusive entrepreneurship, she places the development of female talent at the heart of her priorities, thus offering an inspiring and motivating leadership model.
Launch of the “Femmes du Medef 45” network for a more inclusive economy
This moment also marked the launch of the network “Women of Medef 45”, in the presence of Patricia Vialle, president of the national network. An important initiative to promote the place of women in the Loiret economy and in the entrepreneurial world, a sector in which the Group Partnaire is fully committed to promoting the inclusion and success of women.
Enriching discussions for the future of female entrepreneurship
During this meeting, the discussions highlighted the importance of commitment to women entrepreneurs, in order to support them and give them the means to achieve their goals in a constantly changing economic environment. The Group's employees Partnaire also actively participated in this day, further strengthening ties within the company and the local area. Molka Arbi and Anna Petitpa, in particular, came to share their inspiring careers as managers within the information systems department.
