Since 2017, we have provided unreserved support to the United Nations Global Compact.
Our actions in favor of the sustainable development goals in figures:

More than 225 euros donated to associations working in favor of disability, education and equal opportunities, health and access to care, and the environment.
The budget allocated to skills sponsorship represents €25 of this amount.

The heart of our strategy: health and safety. We halved our frequency rate between 2018 and 2023. Nearly 9 behavioral safety assessments were conducted on our temporary employees.

Our permanent employees benefited from 15 hours of training and our temporary employees 205, representing an average per beneficiary of 138 and 975 hours respectively.

71.5% of management positions are held by women. The Supervisory Board is 60% women. Our gender equality index score is 90/100.

We are deeply committed to supporting younger generations. 12% of the group's workforce is made up of young people on work-study programs, or 91 apprentices. 20% of our permanent employees are under 25.

80% of our recruiters have completed the "Recruiting Without Discrimination" training. 803 temporary workers with disabilities have worked for 665 clients. We employ temporary workers of 144 different nationalities.

92% of our strategic suppliers have signed our responsible purchasing charter and completed our CSR questionnaire. 25% of our supplier performance evaluation criteria are sustainability criteria.

More than 86% of our temporary workers' contracts and over 92% of their pay slips are digital. The new headquarters is built with environmental standards that exceed current regulatory requirements by 20%. During Digital Cleanup Day, we reduced our digital storage by more than 30 points.

More than 400 employees have completed a three-year "anti-corruption" training course, regardless of their level of exposure risk (three levels). 84% of employees mapped as exposed to risk 1 are trained in anti-corruption...

Philippe Gobinet, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, has a long history of involvement with Prism'emploi, the professional temporary work union. Several experts from Partnaire are members of commissions or working groups. Prism'emploi is a member of the WEC (World Employment Confederation). Aurélie Gobinet Gmuender is an advisor to the Banque de France central region and is appointed to the COMEX40 of MEDEF.
